WHITE WINE PASTA SAUCE
Ingredients
1 1/2 cups milk
1/2 cup white wine
8 tbsp sifted flour
2 tbsp butter
1 tsp salt
1 tsp pepper
1/4 tsp fennel seed
1/4 tsp oregano
2tbsp finely chopped onion
1tbsp finely chopped celery
2tbsp finely chopped mushrooms
Directions
Add all ingredients into a pot and simmer for 20 minutes. This is great with Rotini or Rigotoni, but your favourite pasta will do.
